Today we wanted to give you a list of 10 phrasal verbs that can be very useful when you are travelling and need to speak in English.

This month we are focusing on Travelling. For the Advanced Level, during Day 5 & 6, our students learnt 10 phrasal verbs that are very useful to know, when you are trying to solve any issues or problems that could occur while travelling.

Phrasal Verbs For Resolving Travel-Related Problems:
Run into
(to encounter unexpected problems or difficulties)
Get through to
(to successfully contact someone, usually by phone, to resolve an issue)
Sort (someone) out
(to assist someone in resolving a problem)
Hold up
(to cause a delay or prevent something from happening)
Figure out
(to understand or solve a problem)
Sort out
(to deal with or resolve a problem)
Track down
(to find or locate someone or something after a thorough search)
Iron out
(to resolve difficulties or problems)
Look into
(to investigate or examine a problem or issue)
Put up with
(to tolerate or endure a difficult situation)
