We put a lot of effort into understanding your needs and are always open for having a chat with you to help you personalise your learning experience. This is also the reason why we have a call with every new member, to understand how we can help them and be there for them if they have any questions or doubts.

We do not offer refunds once a membership has started, but you can pause or adjust your membership if needed.
